RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with an item or the item does not fit, we can offer you a refund or an exchange upon return.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:
1. Item must be unworn/undamaged (no makeup marks girls from trying it on!)
Also due to hygiene reasons swimwear/bodysuits and jewellery/accessories can not be sent back.
2. The labels must be still attached to the item
3. You must return the item within 14 days of receiving your item
To Return/Exchange an item, please contact info@sinclairsstudio.com with return or exchange and your order number. Please provide a reason of why you are unhappy (this is so we can improve future orders). We should respond back within 48 hours then you can send the item back! (Please in your parcel leave your Name, Address and Order Number!)
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns/exchanges at this time, so you will have to cover the cost of postage to send the item back.
We also recommend anything you return/exchange to us are sent tracked and signed for as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. If we find that the item has been worn or not up to our standard we will return the item back to you and not provide a refund.
Our orders are carefully looked at before shipping to ensure no damage. If you receive an item which is faulty we will be checking if the item has been tampered or forcefully damaged.
We aim to process and provide a full refund within 14 working days from receiving your return. You will receive an email when we receive your item back to us and when you will be expecting a refund.
